On
a family outing to a state park in southern Louisiana, Nicholas
fell asleep (or seemed to) in this posture. It provided a
good metaphor for the carefree state of childhood. Upon
hearing
this painting so described, however, seven-year-old Nicholas stated
that kids have many problems.
