With David's support and encouragement I made a right angle turn in my art career, and began Holy Family of the Springs studio, a project devoted to creation of art pieces representing sacred subjects, primarily events from the lives of Jesus and Mary. The works we create spring from this call to evangelize using images.
In his letter to artists Saint John Paul II challenged us: "The close alliance that has always existed between the Gospel and art means that you are invited to use your creative intuition to enter into the heart of the mystery of the Incarnate God and at the same time into the mystery of man."
For thousands of years religious art has been created to inspire, to communicate and to teach. Our work aims to continue that tradition.
